How We Build

Four phases, clean hand-offs.

Every KB project moves through these phases on a transparent schedule — so you always know exactly where your home stands.

    Design & Refinement

    Architectural plans, elevations, and interior selections locked in. Typically 6–12 weeks with active client collaboration.

  2. 02

    Permitting & Approvals

    We submit, follow up, and resolve any revisions with local authorities — so construction starts cleanly, no last-minute surprises.

  3. 03

    Construction

    Ground-breaking through framing, mechanical, and exterior finishes. Weekly walkthroughs and photo updates are standard.

  4. 04

    Interiors & Handover

    Finishes, fixtures, and the final QA walkthrough — followed by keys in hand and a one-year aftercare program.
